Book Returns and Refunds

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. You cover the cost of return shipping. After we send you return instructions, you have 14 days to ship the book back. We issue the refund after we receive and inspect it.

The book must be unused and in its original condition, without writing, torn pages, or other damage. Please include the original packaging when possible.

How to Request a Return

Fill out the form below or email team@brightandablekids.com with your order number. You may share your reason to help us improve, but it isn’t required. We’ll send you the return address and instructions. Please use a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect the book. If the return is approved, we’ll refund the amount paid for the book to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping are nonrefundable. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

For a discounted bundle, the refund reflects the amount actually paid for each returned book, including its share of the discount.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Books

If your book arrived damaged or defective, you received the wrong book, or it never arrived, contact us. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. If we need a damaged or incorrect book returned, we’ll cover that return shipping.
